Shipping/Refund/Repair/Exchange Policy
Shipping:
- We ship on Thursdays.
- Please allow up to 1 week for processing.
- Domestic delivery typically takes 2-6 days, while international shipping may take 12-30 days.
- All orders come with standard insurance.
- Once your item is with the shipping service, we're not responsible for any damage or mistakes on their part. File claims with the shipping service or local law enforcement for theft.
- No returns or refunds after shipping, except for items that haven't shipped yet. Refunds are only applicable before shipping.
Jewelry Repair:
- We offer lifetime repair for all jewelry pieces. To start the restoration process, salvage as many beads as possible and ship them to our PO Box (email us for the PO Box address). Return shipping (the repaired piece back to you) is paid and insured. First-time repairs are complimentary, while future repairs may require a creation fee and shipping/handling fee.
Exchange Policy:
- We offer exchanges for items of exact price. A $15.00 restocking fee applies.
- Ship the jewelry piece you wish to exchange in the original packaging/box to our PO Box (address provided upon request).
- The shipping fee for the exchanged piece is $17.50 and includes insurance.
